Senior Talent Advisor
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed at every stage.
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
- Promote the company's employer brand through social media, career fairs, networking events, and other channels to attract top talent.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal regulations and internal policies, while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
- 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, handling end-to-end processes for diverse functions and levels.
- Proficient in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment platforms, with a strong grasp of sourcing and candidate engagement tools.
- Good in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management and critical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy in every stage of the recruitment process.
- Collaborative team player, excelling in cross-functional teamwork and fostering strong relationships across departments.
